Here's how we do it!

You select: Product Design Type, Color Scheme, Text Line, Photos/Embellishments

Mock-up available within 5 business days of receiving color scheme, text, photos, and embellishments

Not quite happy with your design?? That's okay... You get up to 2 design change request at no additional charge!

Each design change has a 24 hour approval window. This ensures we remain on schedule to deliver your final product and additional commitments to our customer.

The clock starts ticking after the design mock up has been approved. Once approved there are no additional design changes.

Returns/Photos/Processing/Shipping

Return Policy: Because most of our items are customized and made to order we do not accept refunds or returns on any personalized or customized items from our shop.

** If the error is made on our part, we will replace the item free of charge. **

Submitting Photos:

Once order has been placed please email desired photos to: inquiry.timelesskraftzbytmc@gmail.com

Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Processing and Shipping:

All customized apparel have a 2 to 3 week processing time on most items.
