Your design mock-up will be available within 5 business days of receiving desired photos. The clock starts ticking after the design mock up has been approved. Once approved there are no additional design changes. Each design change will have a 24 hour approval window with only 3 design changes.
Return Policy:
We do not accept cancellations or returns. If the error is made on my part, I will replace the item free of charge.
